Electric Permanent Magnetic Chucks

The PTM electromagnetic permanent magnetic chuck is a suction cup composed of high-performance magnets and an electromagnetic coil. Its main structure consists of neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets and an electromagnetic coil, generating a strong magnetic field. The electromagnetic coil generates a magnetic field by applying current, and the interaction with the NdFeB magnetic field produces suction force. It is widely used in metal cutting machine tools such as (CNC) vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, gantry machining centers, five-axis machining centers, and other mechanical processing equipment.

  • Compared to traditional electromagnetic chucks, the PTM electromagnetic permanent magnetic chuck has the following advantages:

    ● High Efficiency: Due to the use of NdFeB material, the generation of the magnetic field does not consume energy, resulting in higher energy efficiency compared to traditional electromagnetic chucks.

    ● Stability: The magnetic field of the permanent magnetic chuck is stable and less susceptible to external factors, ensuring a more stable suction force.

    ● Energy-Efficient: As they do not require a constant power supply to maintain the magnetic field, they consume less energy, contributing to energy savings.

    ● Easy Maintenance: In contrast to traditional electromagnetic chucks, the PTM electromagnetic permanent magnetic chuck does not require periodic replacement of electromagnetic coils, leading to lower maintenance costs.
