Bonded neodymium iron boron magnets are magnets made by mixing rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and binder through "compression molding" or "injection molding". The size accuracy of bonded magnets is high, and they can be made into magnetic components with relatively complex shapes, and have characteristics such as one-time molding and multipole orientation. Bonded NdFeB has high mechanical strength and can be formed in one go with other supporting components during molding. It is mainly used for office automation equipment, electrical installation machinery, audio-visual equipment, instruments and meters, small motors and measuring machinery, as well as in mobile phones, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM drive motors.
