Application:
The PML Permanent Magnetic Lifter is used for handling steel plates, iron blocks, and cylindrical iron materials. It is widely employed in various applications such as mechanical parts, punch press dies, and various types of steel and iron materials. The device finds extensive use in the mechanical processing, shipbuilding, and mold manufacturing industries.
Features:
● Compact, lightweight, and easy to operate.
● Electricity-free operation, constant magnetic force, safe for field operations.
● High safety factor, maximum pull-off force is 3-3.5 times, with safety devices to prevent misoperation.
● Maintenance-free design, long service life.
● V-groove design for lifting flat or cylindrical workpieces.
Usage Instructions:
● During lifting, clean the surface of the workpiece to be lifted. It is advisable to align the centerline of the permanent magnetic crane with the center of gravity of the workpiece. Place the crane on the working plane and rotate the handle from the "OFF" position to the "ON" direction until it reaches the limit position. Check whether the handle safety tilt block is automatically locked, then lift.
● During lifting, strictly prohibit overloading, and the area below the workpiece is forbidden for human passage. The temperature of the lifted workpiece and the ambient temperature should not exceed 80 degrees, and there should be no severe vibration or impact.
● When lifting cylindrical workpieces, ensure that the V-groove and the workpiece form a straight-line contact. Therefore, the lifting force is only 30%-50% of the rated lifting force.
● After completing the lift, press the handle button inward to disengage the safety key from the safety pin on the handle. Rotate the handle from "ON" to "OFF" until it reaches the limit position. The crane is turned off, and the workpiece is disconnected from the crane.
Maintenance:
During the lifting and moving processes, avoid contact surface collisions and impacts to prevent affecting the performance and lifespan of the permanent magnetic crane. When idle, the bottom surface should be coated with oil for protection, and it should be cleaned before use.
Before use, please read the instruction manual and understand the performance. If there are any uncertainties, contact the manufacturer to prevent accidents. Regularly inspect the flexibility of various parts to ensure they remain flexible during use.
