Slewing permanent magnetic chuck

Slewing permanent magnetic chuck shares a similar principle with the sine magnetic chuck but has a fundamental distinction. The basic configuration of the rotary magnetic chuck is based on the scale on the rotating axis, allowing for grinding at corresponding angles without the need to calculate based on the sine formula. It is suitable for precision machining of single and double-sided angles on surface grinders, EDM machines, engraving machines, and wire cutting machines. With a large rotating angle, it is user-friendly. The magnetic chuck has fine pole spacing, ensuring uniform magnetic force distribution, particularly effective when processing thin and small workpieces. The worktable precision remains unchanged during charging or demagnetization. After undergoing special treatment, the chuck is resistant to corrosion from cutting fluids and is suitable for long-term operation immersed in cutting fluids.
